Desirable: Hands-on experience on troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to end-users ; Network configuration, debugging trouble shouting (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, firewall, DNS) ; Cybersecurity infrastructure understanding . Requirements
Requires at least three years of practical experience implementing and maintaining ICT end systems in a large organization, along with experience configuring hardware and software. Candidates should understand ICT systems and be able to solve problems independently; hands-on troubleshooting, network configuration, and cybersecurity infrastructure knowledge are desirable.
