1. CMF Senior Site Lead (Backend Focused) Mandatory Qualifications 1. Critical Manufacturing (CM) BE Certification from Critical Manufacturing is required. 2. Minimum 5+ years of active development experience on Critical Manufacturing MES. 3. Minimum 8+ years of overall software development experience. 4. Proven experience leading development teams in manufacturing environments. 5. Strong experience in CMF Business Logic Development. 6. Experience developing and supporting CM Extensions, Actions, Services, and Workflows. 7. Strong proficiency in C#/.NET. 8. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design. 9. Experience estimating development effort and managing technical delivery. 10. Experience conducting customer workshops and requirement discussions. 11. Experience reviewing code and enforcing development standards. 12. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 13. Experience supporting production manufacturing systems. Core Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery for assigned manufacturing sites, including stakeholder discussions, effort estimation, sprint planning, and review of developer deliverables. Mentor developers, uphold quality standards, and drive issue resolution and production support for manufacturing systems.

Requirements

Requires Critical Manufacturing backend certification, at least five years of active Critical Manufacturing MES development, and at least eight years of overall software development experience. Candidates should have team leadership experience in manufacturing, strong CMF business logic and C#/.NET skills, SQL Server expertise, and experience with customer workshops, technical delivery, code reviews, and production support.
