About the Role Manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipments and logistics processes, maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely and proper order fulfilment, and support continuous improvement of warehouse procedures and reporting while complying with company policies and local Dutch regulations. What you'll do Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching and stock movements Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, suppliers and customers Maintain accurate inventory records, run stock checks and support discrepancy investigation Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes and packing lists Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures, health & safety rules and Dutch regulations Coordinate returns, damaged goods and after-sales logistics, and work closely with sales, operations, finance and HQ What we're looking for College diploma or above (all majors welcome; logistics/supply chain/international trade/business preferred) 1+ year in warehouse, logistics or supply chain — new energy, industrial equipment or cross-border logistics is a plus, not required Dutch and English: able to communicate in daily written and spoken work Basic warehouse process knowledge and Excel; WMS/ERP experience is a plus — we can train Responsible, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment Nice to have (not required) Overseas/European warehouse experience · lithium battery or dangerous goods handling · SOP/6S/process improvement · 3PL KPI or logistics cost tracking · multinational or cross-time-zone collaboration Why join Tier 1 C&I energy storage · self-developed PCS core technology · training provided · cross-functional exposure with HQ and European partners

Core Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse activities, inventory records, order fulfillment, and inbound and outbound shipments in coordination with logistics partners, suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Prepare and verify shipping documents, handle returns and damaged goods, and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and Dutch regulations.

Requirements

A college diploma or higher is required, with logistics, supply chain, international trade, or business preferred; at least one year of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience is sought. Candidates should communicate in Dutch and English, understand basic warehouse processes, use Excel, and be responsible and detail-oriented; WMS/ERP experience is a plus and training is available.
