Your Responsibilities Daily Accounting work for several Dutch companies within the group (holdings and/or energy parks) in accordance with the Dutch GAAP Independent processing of all accounting matters, in particular general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset accounting and VAT declarations Ensure full compliance with group accounting policies in the Netherlands Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements Support with consolidated financial statements Takeover of or collaboration in special projects (e.g. introduction and buildout of a new ERP system) Main contact person for all Dutch financial issues for banks, government, tax advisors, tax office and statistical offices Close cooperation with group accounting, group tax department, group controlling and group reporting Your Experience Accounting experience according to the Dutch Commercial Code Good knowledge of income and sales tax law Ideally further training as an accountant or tax specialist Experience with the MS Office package Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience with Twinfield is favorable Experience with Metasonic and LucaNet is an advantage Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Very good Dutch and English skills German skills are favorable Location After some weeks of onboarding within the accounting and controlling departments in Hamburg, this position is located in Almere, Netherlands What we offer We are a young team of over 150 colleagues from 17 countries. Core Responsibilities

Manage accounting for several Dutch group companies, including general ledger, receivables, payables, fixed assets, and VAT, while ensuring compliance with group policies and Dutch GAAP. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, support consolidation, contribute to special projects such as an ERP implementation, and serve as the main contact for Dutch financial matters.

Requirements

Candidates should have accounting experience under the Dutch Commercial Code and good knowledge of income and sales tax law, with further accounting or tax training considered ideal. They should be proficient with Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 Business Central, with Twinfield, Metasonic, and LucaNet experience advantageous, and have very good Dutch and English skills; German is a plus.
