Job Description As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will lead supply chain integration projects, focusing on integrating production sites into existing Supply Planning, Scheduling and S&OP processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Netherlands and Belgium to drive process improvements, support the new Milkpowder strategy and ensure alignment between operational and long-term supply chain planning. Responsibilities Lead and support the integration of a supply network into Supply Planning, Scheduling and MRP processes. Drive the integration into the Butter and Milk Powder S&OP cycle. Align planning activities across sites, departments and key stakeholders. Translate strategic objectives into effective planning and supply chain processes. Support the implementation of the new milk powder strategy. Manage projects from initiation through to completion, establishing clear frameworks and maintaining progress. Bring colleagues and stakeholders together and create support for changes across different organisational levels. Work with both operational and tactical planning processes. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management. Experience with S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS, MRP and inventory management principles. Proven experience in supply chain projects, network integrations or business transformation programmes. Experience working in a matrix organisation and with multifunctional teams. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all organisational levels. A proactive, decisive and adaptable approach. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, and experience with S&OP, capacity planning, MPS, MRP, inventory management, and supply chain transformation projects are preferred. The role also calls for experience in matrix and cross-functional environments, strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability, and fluency in English and Dutch.
