We embrace the past while building an even stronger future. https://www.hollandsehoogtes.nl/ What you will be doing We are currently in a growth phase, which means you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute to building a new, professional cultivation environment. Experience working in a greenhouse is a plus; an interest in plants and cultivation is essential. You will work with different varieties of cannabis plants. You will care for mother plants, take and inspect cuttings, transplant plants, carry out crop maintenance and support the harvesting process. You will keep your work area clean and work according to established hygiene and quality standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team of cultivation employees and supervisors, where we set high standards and continuously work together to improve the cultivation process. The working day starts at 08:00 and ends at 16:30. Weekend work is required occasionally. What do we expect from you? You have an interest in plants and don’t mind being on your feet and walking a lot. You speak English; Dutch is a plus. You are accurate, motivated and take your work seriously. Experience is a plus, but your motivation and attitude are more important. You are flexible and willing to work weekends when needed. Wat bieden wij jou? Core Responsibilities

Care for cannabis mother plants, take and inspect cuttings, transplant plants, maintain crops, and support harvesting. Keep the work area clean and follow hygiene and quality standards while collaborating with cultivation colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements

An interest in plants and cultivation is essential; greenhouse experience is an advantage but not required. Candidates should speak English, be accurate and motivated, be comfortable standing and walking extensively, and be flexible about occasional weekend work.
