As a Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth by managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process. You will work closely with business development, R&D, product management, finance, legal, and leadership teams to prepare compelling proposals, coordinate responses to customer requests, and ensure the timely submission of high-quality bids. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4 + years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, business development support, contracts administration, or a similar role Experience working within technology, engineering, aerospace, defense, software, telecommunications, or other high-tech industries Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative productivity tools Ability to work independently while effectively engaging cross-functional teams Responsibilities: Monitor and identify relevant business opportunities, tenders and procurement notices Coordinate the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity assessment through proposal submission Analyze customer requirements and create bid compliance matrices Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to develop competitive proposal responses Gather, organize, and maintain proposal content, templates, case studies, and supporting documentation Prepare executive summaries, technical narratives, commercial responses, and submission packages Ensure all proposals comply with customer requirements, submission guidelines, and deadlines Coordinate bid reviews, approval processes, and stakeholder sign-offs Support pricing and commercial proposal development together with finance and business teams Maintain bid tracking tools, opportunity pipelines, and proposal repositories Conduct post-submission analysis and capture lessons learned to continuously improve bid quality and win rates Support partnerships, consortium bids, and subcontractor coordination when required Benefits Why Join Us? Core Responsibilities

Manage the full bid lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and assessing requirements to coordinating proposal development, reviews, approvals, and timely submission. Maintain bid resources and tracking tools, support pricing and partner coordination, and analyze outcomes to improve proposal quality and win rates.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant business, engineering, technology, marketing, or communications field and at least four years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, business development support, contracts administration, or a similar role. Candidates should have high-tech industry experience, strong project management and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools, and the ability to manage competing deadlines and work across teams.
