OSP is looking to connect with an experienced CyberArk Engineer for an exciting opportunity within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain. We are looking for a technically strong professional with a passion for cybersecurity, Privileged Access Management (PAM) and building secure, reliable and future-proof infrastructure. What will you be doing? You'll play a key role in managing, securing and optimising the CyberArk platform, with responsibilities including: ▪️ Managing and maintaining CyberArk Digital Vault, CPM and PSM components. ▪️ Implementing platform enhancements, upgrades and security hardening. ▪️ Developing automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools. ▪️ Monitoring platform performance, availability and security events. ▪️ Troubleshooting complex technical and authentication issues. ▪️ Supporting PAM governance, security audits and compliance activities. ▪️ Contributing to Identity Security and Zero Trust initiatives. What we're looking for: ✔️ Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk. ✔️ CyberArk Sentry certification. ✔️ Experience with Windows Server infrastructure. ✔️ Strong knowledge of PAM and Identity Security. ✔️ PowerShell, Ansible and automation experience. ✔️ Knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos and LDAP. ✔️ Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD principles. ✔️ Excellent communication skills in English. Additional CyberArk certifications (Defender and/or Guardian) and experience within highly regulated environments will be advantageous. Why OSP? Core Responsibilities
Manage, secure, and optimize CyberArk Digital Vault, CPM, and PSM components, including platform enhancements, upgrades, security hardening, and automation. Monitor performance, availability, and security events; troubleshoot technical and authentication issues; and support PAM governance, audits, compliance, and Identity Security and Zero Trust initiatives.
Requirements
The role requires strong hands-on CyberArk experience, CyberArk Sentry certification, Windows Server experience, and knowledge of PAM and Identity Security. Candidates should also have PowerShell, Ansible, automation, Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD experience, along with strong English communication skills; additional CyberArk certifications and regulated-environment experience are advantageous.
