We operate at the intersection of traditional finance, payment coordination, compliance and digital assets, addressing a fundamental challenge: how to coordinate complex transactions involving multiple parties, jurisdictions, currencies and financial systems. With an operational platform, an established transaction model and initial commercial traction, Paycre is preparing for its next stage of development. The opportunity We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to contribute to shaping and accelerating Paycre's next development phase. This is an opportunity for someone who thinks beyond conventional job descriptions and brings a combination of strategic vision, business experience, industry relationships and an ownership mentality. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, develop institutional and commercial relationships, and help build the foundations for international expansion. Who we are looking for We are particularly interested in individuals with backgrounds in: - Fintech, payments, banking or financial services. - Digital assets, blockchain or tokenisation. - Real estate investment and international transactions. - Venture building, entrepreneurship or early-stage investments. - Strategic partnerships and international business development. Previous experience as a founder, angel investor, entrepreneur or senior executive would be particularly relevant. We value independent thinking, entrepreneurial initiative, commercial judgement and the ability to turn opportunities into tangible results. What makes this opportunity different?
