About the role As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring materials, components, and products are delivered on time and cost-effectively. You will lead supplier relationships, manage contracts, oversee logistics and planning activities, and drive process improvements to support SCIL's growth. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain process; Monitor supply chain performance and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities; Develop and execute the supply chain strategy; Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts; Ensure reliable deliveries and efficient logistics operations; Oversee supply and demand planning and inventory management; Monitor and improve supplier performance and delivery reliability; Drive ERP system optimization and supply chain process improvements; Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance; Lead a developing supply chain team members. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; 10-12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management; Proven experience in supplier and contract management; Strong understanding of logistics, shipments, and supply chain planning; Experience with ERP systems and process improvement projects; Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to work across a broad range of supply chain activities. Core Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including supplier relationships and contracts, logistics, planning, inventory, and delivery performance. Develop supply chain strategy, improve ERP systems and processes, identify risks, and lead the developing supply chain team in collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with 10–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management. Candidates should have supplier and contract management experience, knowledge of logistics and planning, ERP and process improvement experience, and strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
