About UNETI Ventures UNETI Ventures is an early-stage VC fund, founded by a core of ex-Adyen people, complemented with great experts met along the way. We invest in FinTech, AI, GreenTech, and MedTech. We believe in backing promising founders at an early stage and providing active support where requested. We see spectacular AI use cases across our portfolio companies, and are turning UNETI itself into an AI-first fund to sharpen how we source, evaluate, and support our investments. Building on a vision shaped alongside Google, our operational team includes dedicated AI engineers actively defining how we operate in this new AI era. Navigating this shift requires a new model of collaboration between humans and AI agents. That is why we are looking for ambitious, creative, and smart talent to join us. As part of a lean team, you will work directly alongside the fund's primary decision-makers. Our fund and our portfolio are growing, therefore we are looking for an intern to support our investment team! What you'll work on Source and screen promising early-stage companies across our focus sectors, supported by our AI agents Support due diligence: market sizing, competitive mapping, founder reference checks, data room review Help build and maintain AI-powered tools/workflows that support the investment team (e.g. deal-flow triage, memo drafting, market research automation) Contribute to AI feature projects for portfolio companies Join IC prep, partner meetings, and founder calls As a small team, you'll work directly with the fund's decision-makers. What you bring University-educated, or in the final phase of your Master's, preferably with a Finance/Econometrics background, or a technical degree Strong analytical skills, precise and entrepreneurial Strong interpersonal skills Strong interest in startups, emerging markets and investing Excellent proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus Able to apply AI effectively in research, analysis, and day-to-day work Relevant work experience is a plus, not a must Don't tick every box above but have a strong interest in joining UNETI and believe you're the candidate we're looking for? Core Responsibilities

Source and screen early-stage companies in FinTech, AI, GreenTech, and MedTech, and support investment due diligence through market sizing, competitive mapping, reference checks, and data room reviews. Help develop AI-powered investment workflows and portfolio-company features, and participate in investment committee preparation, partner meetings, and founder calls.

Requirements

Applicants should be university-educated or in the final phase of a Master's degree, preferably with a finance, econometrics, or technical background. They should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong interest in startups and investing, excellent English, and the ability to use AI effectively; relevant experience is a plus but not required.
