NTU International is seeking experienced Travel Agents for a large-scale international travel services project supporting a European institutional client. We are looking for qualified professionals to join a dedicated operational team responsible for international flight reservations, ticketing and travel support. Key Responsibilities Manage international flight reservations, bookings and ticket issuance through GDS platforms. Handle ticket changes, cancellations, rebookings and refunds. Identify suitable flight options, competitive fares and alternative routes. Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers. Support urgent travel requests, flight disruptions and complex itineraries. Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Work within a centralised booking environment alongside an international team. Minimum Requirements EU citizenship (mandatory). At least 3 years of professional experience in travel arrangements and airline ticketing. At least 1 year of experience arranging travel for return operations. Valid GDS certification or documented professional training, preferably in Amadeus. English proficiency at minimum B2 level. Experience with international ticketing, refunds, exchanges and airline booking procedures. Ability to work under pressure and respond to time-sensitive travel requests. Positions Available We are recruiting for both permanent and seasonal/on-call positions, including Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader roles. Core Responsibilities

Find suitable fares and routes, coordinate with airlines and travel providers, support urgent or disrupted travel, and maintain accurate records in a centralised booking environment.

Requirements

Applicants must be EU citizens with at least three years of experience in travel arrangements and airline ticketing, including at least one year arranging travel for return operations. They must have valid GDS certification or documented professional training, preferably in Amadeus, English proficiency at B2 level or higher, and the ability to handle time-sensitive requests under pressure.
