As a Team Member Stewarding, you make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes of our restaurant HitchHike. From keeping the kitchen clean and doing the dishes, to replenishing supplies and taking care of other small kitchen tasks – you support the team so they can deliver top performance. As a Team Member Stewarding, you keep your workplace clean and tidy, and leave it spotless at the end of your shift. To ensure consistent quality in our kitchen, you also help with unpacking deliveries and assisting with storage. We’re looking for a flexible steward to strengthen our team on an fulltime basis. Core Responsibilities
Keep the kitchen and work area clean and tidy, wash dishes, replenish supplies, and complete other supporting kitchen tasks. Unpack deliveries, assist with storage, and leave the workplace spotless at the end of each shift.
Requirements
The role calls for a flexible, enthusiastic team player who can work under pressure and has knowledge of HACCP. Availability for on-call work is required; hospitality or hotel management students are also encouraged to apply.
