As we continue to expand our operations in the Netherlands, we are looking for two professional, friendly, and customer-oriented Showroom Receptionists / Front Desk Administrators to join our teams in Rotterdam and Zaandam. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Reception & Showroom Support Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide a premium customer experience aligned with BYD and DENZA brand standards. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and general customer inquiries. Direct customers to the appropriate sales or aftersales colleagues. Coordinate customer appointments, test drives, and showroom visits. Offer refreshments and ensure visitors feel welcome and comfortable. 2. Daily Showroom Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Ensure the showroom is presentable and ready to welcome customers at all times. Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and customer reception areas. Support the organization of showroom events, promotional activities, and VIP visits. Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary. 3. Administrative Support Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document filing, and record management. Support the sales and aftersales teams with daily administrative tasks. Assist with customer information updates and appointment records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth showroom operations. Carry out other reasonable administrative tasks assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administration is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills are required. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service mindset. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Experience in the automotive industry or luxury retail is an advantage. Flexibility to work on Saturdays according to the showroom schedule. Core Responsibilities

Welcome showroom visitors, handle inquiries, coordinate appointments and test drives, and maintain a professional reception area. Provide administrative support to sales and aftersales teams, manage records and deliveries, and assist with showroom events and daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administration is preferred, along with strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Fluent Dutch, good English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility to work Saturdays are required; automotive or luxury retail experience is an advantage.
