Your primary focus lies in the organisational transformation process, where translation of ambition and strategy to an effective organisational design take a centre stage. In close collaboration with our clients, you analyse challenges and identify improvement potential in the integral organisational design, such as processes, systems, functions and organisational structure. You play an important role in advancing Valcon’s capabilities with a strong emphasis on the People & Organisational Transformation domain. Your responsibilities will include: Managing organisational changes, from problem analysis, optimisation of processes to designing and implementing new business models. Developing different organisational transformation strategies and approaches (making an ambition strategy, design and guiding principles, organisational structure and required communication and engagement plans) that fits the client’s challenge best. Managing and regulating Organisational Transformation projects, with high emphasis on both delivery as stakeholder management. Building and maintaining a relevant network with current and new clients. Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development. Co-develop one of the industries in which Valcon is present. Building and promoting ‘Valcon’; focus on expanding the People & Organisational Transformation competence team, and primary Organisational Transformation. What do you bring to the table? A completed bachelor’s and master’s degree with a numerical component. At least 5 years of relevant work experience including experience in consultancy. At least 3 years of experience with the implementation of new business models. The ability to translate strategic goals into implications for employees. We don’t stop at design; we support our clients through implementation. Our integrated transformation projects connect strategy, data, AI and organisational change. An interest in data, AI, change management and the human side of change is therefore essential. Strong personality; you can retain your point of view while managing difficult stakeholders. Real team-player with excellent communication & analytical skills. Commercial expertise; experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. Fluent in Dutch and English. Core Responsibilities

Lead client organisational transformation from problem analysis and process optimisation through organisational design and implementation of new business models. Manage projects and stakeholders, develop client relationships, guide consultants, and help grow Valcon’s People and Organisational Transformation capabilities and industry presence.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s and master’s degree with a numerical component, at least five years of relevant experience including consulting, and at least three years implementing new business models. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English and bring strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, commercial, and change-management capabilities.
