Our Veghel site is expanding its pre-processing plant, where incoming milk is treated before further processing. With the higher capacity, stable and optimal line performance is key. Alarm data is already being collected. In this internship you will analyse this data on your own to find the biggest disruptors and where the most can be gained. You will then solve these issues yourself, together with operators and specialists, and prove the effect with data.About the internshipThe Technology department at our Veghel site is expanding its pre-processing plant, where incoming milk is prepared for further processing.As production capacity increases, stable operation becomes increasingly important. During this internship, you will analyse alarm and process data to identify the biggest disruptors of stable operation. Together with operators and specialists, you will investigate root causes, implement improvements and measure their impact using data.This is a hands-on assignment where you will see your own improvements being implemented in practice.The internship lasts 5 to 6 months and can be used as a graduation or master's thesis project.Responsibilities Learn about the pre-processing lines and daily operations. Analyse alarm and process data to identify the main disruptors. Prioritise improvement opportunities based on impact. Investigate root causes together with operators and specialists. Implement improvements, such as process adjustments, alarm settings or operating procedures. Measure and evaluate the impact of improvements using data. Deliver a clear report with results and recommendations. What we ask HBO or MSc student in Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Interest in production processes, data analysis and problem solving. Experience with Excel, Python, Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Hands-on, independent and communicative. Comfortable working in a production environment. Proficient in Dutch or English. What we offer An impactful internship within the Technology department in Veghel. Requirements

Applicants should be HBO or MSc students in Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with an interest in production processes, data analysis, and problem solving. A hands-on, independent, communicative approach and comfort working in a production environment are expected; experience with Excel, Python, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus, and Dutch or English proficiency is required.
