Jouw baan Are you ready to connect Technology, Operations and Business while driving continuous improvement in a complex telecom environment?As an End-to-End Operational Service Portfolio Owner within our IT Operations Business & Enterprise team, you'll take ownership of the operational performance and continuous improvement of our B2B services.You'll be the connecting link between Technology, Operations, Value Streams, vendors and business stakeholders. Your goal? Ensuring our services perform at their best, simplifying complexity and continuously improving the experience of our business customers. Dit breng jij mee In This Role, You Will Monitor and analyze service performance, translating data and insights into actionable improvements. Develop and manage the continuous improvement roadmap, aligning priorities and coordinating backlogs with internal and external stakeholders. Define, align and monitor service KPIs and OKRs to drive operational excellence. Prioritize technical improvements and technical debt together with Tech Units, vendors and business stakeholders. Drive standardization and simplification of our IT landscape, ensuring operational requirements are considered in new initiatives. Proactively engage stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer experience. Remove operational obstacles, facilitate decision-making and ensure improvements are successfully implemented. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the reliability, efficiency and future development of our B2B services. What You Bring You're a proactive and results-driven professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to connect people, challenge existing processes and turn complex challenges into practical solutions. You understand how to navigate a complex organization, balance different stakeholder interests and create momentum for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For HBO or university-level education, preferably in a technical field. At least 5 years of experience in a technical or operational role within the telecom or ICT industry. Strong technical understanding of ICT infrastructure, IT operations and/or mobile telecommunications. Proven experience in coordinating complex initiatives involving multidisciplinary teams, vendors and business stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational data, KPIs and insights into improvement opportunities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, combined with organizational awareness and influencing skills. A structured, proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer experience. Comfortable working in an environment where services operate 24/7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of VodafoneZiggo's organization and technology landscape is an advantage. Requirements

Requires higher professional or university-level education, preferably in a technical field, and at least five years of technical or operational experience in telecom or ICT. Candidates should bring strong ICT or telecommunications knowledge, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, experience coordinating complex initiatives, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
