What You Will Be Doing As a key part of the Industry Customer Services team, you'll create impact by combining your technical expertise and commercial acumen to elevate the customer experience while guiding your team toward best-in-class service delivery. Your main responsibilities include: Handle complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism, speed, and accuracy Prepare technical quotations and offers, ensuring they meet customer requirements and commercial standards Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members Maintain and optimize customer data in SAP CRM to ensure data quality and process efficiency Support process improvement initiatives and projects that enhance the overall customer experience What Makes You a Great Fit Above all, you're a customer-focused professional with strong technical and commercial knowledge, analytical skills, and a natural ability to mentor and inspire colleagues. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates should have at least five years of customer service experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment, along with strong technical and commercial knowledge and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP CRM, and written and spoken English, Dutch, and French are required; experience in pump or water technology is a plus.
