As Food & Beverage Manager at Generator Amsterdam, you'll lead the F&B service operation across our café, bar, restaurant and event spaces. Together with the Head Chef you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, developing a high-performing team and ensuring operational excellence across all outlets. Working closely with the General Manager and a diverse international team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our F&B offering, bring innovative ideas to life and make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative and social environment. Manage departmental budgets, forecasts and labor costs to achieve financial targets. Recruit, train, coach and develop team members, creating a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement. Continuously review and enhance menus, beverage offerings and operational processes to remain competitive and relevant. Your Experience Proven experience managing multiple outlets, including bars, restaurants and events spaces. Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume hospitality environment. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and food safety legislation. Experience in stock management, including inventory control, stock takes, ordering and wastage. Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets in a dynamic, high-volume hospitality environment, with strong knowledge of service standards and food safety legislation. They should also bring experience in inventory control, stock takes, ordering, and wastage management, along with hands-on leadership and commercial awareness.
