Are you looking for an internship in Amsterdam in the dynamic world of cruise operations?
We are looking for an enthusiastic working intern for our Operations & Delivery team at Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in Amsterdam! As a global specialist in port and excursion services, we ensure that cruise guests in more than 50 countries have an unforgettable experience: from dock to shore.
What will you do?
As an intern, you dive into the world of cruise operations and support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of operational processes:
- Update suppliers about bookings and guest information
- Book tour guides and guides according to planning
- Collaborate with the Port Operations Manager and collect feedback
- Develop a feedback system for Tour Directors
- Handle last-minute changes and coordinate with international partners

Who are you?
- You are studying Business Management or Supply Chain and are available from February 2027
- You have a passion for travel and knowledge of different destinations
- You are communicatively strong and customer-friendly
- You work independently and in a team
- You have excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus!)

Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of cruise operational processes, including updating bookings and coordinating with international partners. They will also collaborate with the Port Operations Manager and develop feedback systems for tour directors.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently studying Business Management or Supply Chain and possess excellent English communication skills. A passion for travel and the ability to work both independently and within a team are required.
