We zoeken een enthousiaste meewerkstagiair voor ons Operations & Delivery team bij Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in Amsterdam! Als wereldwijde specialist in haven- en excursiediensten zorgen we ervoor dat cruisegasten in meer dan 50 landen een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben: van kade tot kust.
Wat ga je doen?
Als stagiair duik je in de wereld van cruise-operaties en ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van operationele processen:
- Leveranciers updaten over boekingen en gasteninformatie
- Reisbegeleiders en gidsen boeken volgens planning
- Samenwerken met de Port Operations Manager en feedback verzamelen
- Een feedbacksysteem ontwikkelen voor Tour Directors
- Last-minute wijzigingen afhandelen en schakelen met internationale partners

Wie ben jij?
- Je volgt een opleiding Bedrijfskunde of Supply Chain en bent beschikbaar vanaf februari 2027
- Je hebt een passie voor reizen en kennis van verschillende bestemmingen
- Je bent communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk
- Je werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband
- Je beheerst Engels uitstekend (Nederlands is een plus!)

Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the Operations & Delivery team by managing vendor bookings, guest information, and coordinating with tour directors. They will also assist in handling last-minute operational changes and developing feedback systems for tour operations.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Business Administration or Supply Chain program and be available starting February 2027. Strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and excellent English proficiency are required.
