Als Interim Privacy Program Lead geef je richting aan de opbouw en professionalisering van de privacyfunctie binnen Intergas. Je komt binnen op een moment waarop de organisatie de noodzaak ziet, maar de inrichting van privacy governance, processen en verantwoordelijkheden nog volop in ontwikkeling is. Je start met een nulmeting van de privacyvolwassenheid van de organisatie en brengt de belangrijkste risico's, verplichtingen en verbeterpunten in kaart. Op basis daarvan ontwikkel je een pragmatische roadmap en leg je de fundamenten voor een beheersbare en aantoonbare privacyorganisatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met stakeholders vanuit de business, IT, security, legal en compliance. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen strategische vraagstukken, tactische besluitvorming en praktische implementatie.
Wat we je vragen op te leveren
Een privacy maturity assessment en risicoanalyse.
Inzicht in de verwerking van persoonsgegevens binnen klant-, medewerker- en productgerelateerde processen.
Een werkbaar register van verwerkingsactiviteiten (RoPA), inclusief aanpak en prioritering.
Een governance-model met duidelijke rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en besluitvormingsstructuren.
Geactualiseerd privacybeleid en bijbehorende procedures.
Advies over de impact van regelgeving, waaronder de AVG en de EU Data Act.
Een uitvoerbaar privacy- en complianceprogramma voor de komende 12 tot 24 maanden.
Een advies voor de structurele inrichting van de DPO-functie binnen Intergas.
Dit breng je mee
Je bent een ervaren privacyprofessional die organisaties helpt om privacyvraagstukken daadwerkelijk beheersbaar te maken. Je combineert kennis van wet- en regelgeving met een pragmatische aanpak en weet prioriteiten aan te brengen in een omgeving waar nog niet alles is ingericht. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig koers te bepalen, stakeholders mee te nemen in besluitvorming en complexe materie te vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten.
Daarnaast beschik je over:
Aantoonbare expertise op het gebied van AVG/GDPR, privacy governance en compliance.
Ervaring met het uitvoeren van privacy assessments en het opzetten van verwerkingsregisters.
Ervaring binnen een productie-, industriële- of technologieomgeving is een sterke pre.
Affiniteit met datagedreven organisaties, cloudomgevingen en connected producten.
Ervaring met Microsoft 365- en Dynamics 365-omgevingen.
Opdrachtinformatie
Startdatum: zo snel mogelijk.
Inzet: gemiddeld 1 tot 2 dagen per week, waarvan naar verwachting 1 tot 2 dagen op locatie in Coevorden. De verdere invulling stemmen we gezamenlijk af.
Verwachte looptijd: 3 tot 6 maanden.

Assess Intergas's privacy maturity, risks, obligations, and personal-data processing, then develop a practical roadmap and establish privacy governance, policies, procedures, and a prioritized processing register. Advise on GDPR and EU Data Act impacts, deliver a 12-to-24-month privacy and compliance program, and recommend a sustainable structure for the DPO function.
Requirements
The role requires demonstrated expertise in GDPR, privacy governance, and compliance, along with experience conducting privacy assessments and establishing records of processing activities. A pragmatic, independent approach and the ability to guide stakeholders are essential; experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technology environments and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, cloud environments, and connected products are advantageous.
