Als Senior Data Analist bij CureLytics vertaal je complexe strategische vraagstukken naar datagedreven oplossingen voor organisaties in de publieke sector, zorg, verzekeringen en banken. Je bent de trusted advisor die business en IT verbindt, en je adviseert tot op directieniveau.

Wat ga je doen
- Leiden van procesanalyses en ontwerpen van toekomstbestendige informatiestromen
- Opstellen en prioriteren van business cases, requirements, KPI's en roadmaps
- Adviseren van management en directie over Power BI, Tableau en AI/ML
- Begeleiden van implementatie, verandermanagement en adoptie
- Coachen van medior en junior analisten
Wat breng je mee
- Hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Informatica, Data Science, Econometrie of Bedrijfskunde
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Business Analist of Data Analist in een datagedreven omgeving
- Ervaring met procesmodellering (BPMN), architectuurprincipes en BI-tools
- Kennis van AI/ML en nieuwe datatechnologieën
- Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op directieniveau
- Vloeiend Nederlands, sterk in advies en communicatie
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- €5.000 – €7.000 bruto per maand + €700 mobiliteitsvergoeding en pensioenregeling
- 28 vakantiedagen + verjaardag en vrijwilligersdag

- Hybride: 3 dagen bij de klant, 2 dagen thuis

Core Responsibilities
You will translate complex strategic issues into data-driven solutions and advise management on Power BI, Tableau, and AI/ML implementations. Additionally, you will lead process analyses, design information flows, and coach junior and medior analysts.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science or Econometrics and possess at least 5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst. Strong proficiency in Dutch, process modeling, and stakeholder management at the executive level is required.
