Senior BI Specialist – Haarlem (40 uur, hybride)

Als Senior BI Specialist bij CureLytics adviseer je over BI-strategie en bouw je schaalbare BI-oplossingen in de cloud voor organisaties in de publieke sector, zorg, verzekeringen en banken. Je combineert technische diepgang met advies en je stuurt projectteams aan.

Wat ga je doen
- Adviseren over BI-strategie, data-architectuur en cloudmigraties
- Ontwerpen van datamodellen (Kimball, Data Vault 2.0) in Azure Synapse of AWS Redshift
- Bouwen van Power BI-dashboards en KPI-rapportages
- Uitvoeren van gap-analyses en adviseren over AI-mogelijkheden
- Leiden van projecten en coachen van junior en medior consultants
Wat breng je mee
- Hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Informatica, Data Science, Econometrie of Bedrijfskunde
- Minimaal 5 jaar BI-ervaring in cloudomgevingen
- Sterk in SQL, DAX, Power BI, Azure Synapse en Databricks
- Ervaring met Snowflake, Azure Fabric of een vergelijkbaar cloud datawarehouse
- Ervaring met Agile/Scrum en stakeholdermanagement
- Certificering in Power BI, AWS Data Analytics of GCP is een pré
- Vloeiend Nederlands met sterke presentatievaardigheden
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- €5.000 – €7.000 bruto per maand + €700 mobiliteitsvergoeding en pensioenregeling
- 28 vakantiedagen + verjaardag en vrijwilligersdag
- €3.000 opleidingsbudget
- Hybride: 3 dagen bij de klant, 2 dagen thuis

Core Responsibilities
You will advise on BI strategy, design data architectures, and build scalable cloud-based BI solutions for various sectors. Additionally, you will lead project teams and coach junior and medior consultants.
Requirements
Candidates must have a higher education degree (HBO/WO) and at least 5 years of experience in BI within cloud environments. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and cloud data warehousing technologies is required, along with strong Dutch communication skills.
