Heb jij het vakmanschap om complexe modules te bouwen én collega’s verder te helpen? Bij Settels Savenije in Eindhoven combineer je uitdagend precisiewerk met een technische kartrekkersrol. Je bouwt, lost op en deelt je kennis. Een plek voor een ervaren monteur die graag het verschil maakt.
Jouw werk
Binnen Advanced Systems assembleer en test je complexe modules en prototypen. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt en helpt het team kwaliteit en voortgang te bewaken.
Je bouwt zelfstandig vanuit CAD/TPD, stelt af, meet en legt resultaten en afwijkingen vast.
Je lost assemblageproblemen op en schakelt bij complexe vraagstukken met Engineering, Supply Chain en de projectleider.
Je coacht en stuurt junior-, medior- en seriemonteurs aan en helpt tooling en werkmethoden verbeteren.
Je voert functionele testen, FAT en SAT uit, zelfstandig of met engineers.
Je verzorgt eindreiniging en verpakking, coördineert verzending en ondersteunt incidenteel assemblage en installaties bij klanten.

€ 4.000 - € 5.500, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
Direct in dienst bij Settels Savenije, met uitzicht op een vast contract.
Dagdienst, starten tussen 07:00 en 09:00; 32 uur per week is bespreekbaar.
Reiskostenvergoeding, pensioen via PMT en 8% vakantiegeld.

Wat breng je mee?
Een technische mbo- of hbo-opleiding en minimaal tien jaar ervaring in hightech machinebouw.
Ervaring met complexe assemblage, oog voor detail en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
Plezier in kennis delen en bereidheid om sporadisch te reizen in Nederland en daarbuiten.

Core Responsibilities
Assemble, adjust, measure, and test complex modules and prototypes using CAD and technical product documentation, while recording results and resolving assembly issues. Serve as a technical point of contact, coach and guide colleagues, improve tooling and work methods, coordinate testing and shipment, and occasionally support customer-site assembly and installation.
Requirements
A technical vocational or higher professional education and at least ten years of experience in high-tech machine building are required. Candidates should have experience with complex assembly, attention to detail, a solution-oriented approach, an interest in sharing knowledge, and willingness to travel occasionally in the Netherlands and abroad.
