Jouw werk
Binnen Precision Parts maak je kleine series complexe onderdelen voor de semiconductor-, hightech- en medische industrie. Je werkt zelfstandig, stemt af met collega-verspaners, het bedrijfsbureau en de meetkamer en bewaakt de kwaliteit van begin tot eind.
Je programmeert, stelt in en bedient CNC-(lang)draaimachines.
Je bewerkt onder meer titanium, RVS, aluminium en exotische materialen.
Je leest technische tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar een betrouwbaar productieproces.
Je controleert maatvoering en kwaliteit en verbetert waar mogelijk het proces.

Dit breng je mee
Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in verspaning, werktuigbouwkunde of fijnmechanische techniek, of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
Ruime ervaring met CNC-draaien en bij voorkeur ook met programmeren aan de machine.
Ervaring met het nauwkeurig bewerken van zeer kleine producten en het leveren van hoge kwaliteit; ervaring met uitsluitend grote producten is niet voldoende.
Technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en eigenaarschap over jouw werk.
De bereidheid om, indien nodig, in ploegendienst te werken.

Core Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC turning and Swiss-type turning machines to produce small batches of complex precision components for semiconductor, high-tech, and medical customers. Interpret technical drawings, machine a range of materials, inspect dimensions and quality, and improve the production process while coordinating with colleagues and the inspection department.
Requirements
Applicants need a completed vocational-level qualification in machining, mechanical engineering, or precision engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with extensive CNC turning experience. Experience programming at the machine is preferred, and candidates must be skilled at producing very small, high-quality parts; willingness to work shifts when needed is also required.
