Een kloppende projectadministratie én ruimte om te vernieuwen: bij Settels Savenije combineer je beide. Als PMO Officer (Project Management Office) help jij onze groeiende hightech projecten vooruit. Je zorgt voor overzicht en betrouwbare informatie, en ontdekt samen met projectleiders en Finance hoe AI terugkerend werk uit handen kan nemen. Van een slimmere rapportage tot een bruikbare overlegsamenvatting: jij maakt van ideeën praktische verbeteringen. Geen AI-expert? Geen probleem. Jouw procesgevoel en nieuwsgierigheid zijn het vertrekpunt.
Jouw werk
De basis op orde: jij zorgt dat projectleiders en Finance kunnen bouwen op betrouwbare informatie. Je richt ERP-projecten in, houdt projectgegevens, dossiers en urenregistratie actueel en factureert tijdig volgens contractafspraken. Je signaleert afwijkingen, maakt rapportages en ondersteunt projectreviews en actieopvolging.
Slimmer werken: jij ziet waar het eenvoudiger kan en probeert nieuwe oplossingen uit. Je verbetert overzichten en dashboards met systeemdata en test bestaande AI-tools voor documentverwerking, gegevenscontroles, rapportages en overlegsamenvattingen. Wat werkt, help je automatiseren en invoeren. Je controleert resultaten, beschermt vertrouwelijke informatie en borgt menselijke controle. Je neemt collega’s mee en legt de nieuwe werkwijze vast.

Jouw plek bij Settels Savenije
Bij Settels Savenije werk je aan de organisatie achter hoogwaardige technologie. Op Strijp-T in Eindhoven ontwikkelen en maken ruim 150 collega’s technologie en producten voor internationale hightech klanten, waaronder grote spelers in de semiconductorindustrie. Met een eigen IP-positie en nieuwe tools bouwen we aan onze volgende stap. Dat maakt jouw werk bijzonder: de administratie en inzichten die jij verzorgt, ondersteunen projecten in een omgeving waar vernieuwing centraal staat.
Internationale hightech, maar dichtbij in de samenwerking. Je vindt hier korte lijnen, betrokken collega’s en een informele, professionele sfeer. Je werkt direct met projectleiders en Finance en hebt volop contact met de hightech community. Goede ideeën krijgen ruimte — ook jouw ideeën over hoe we slimmer kunnen werken.
Dit breng je mee
Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur financieel, administratief of bedrijfskundig; een hbo-diploma is niet vereist.
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in projectadministratie, finance of projectondersteuning en overzicht over meerdere projecten.
Goede kennis van Excel, rapportages en ERP-systemen; Exact en dashboarding zijn een pré.
Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en proactief, denkt kritisch, vraagt door en neemt collega’s mee.
Affiniteit met procesverbetering, automatisering en AI. AI-ervaring is een pré, geen vereiste. Nieuwsgierigheid telt: programmeren of AI ontwikkelen hoeft niet.

Core Responsibilities
Maintain accurate project records, ERP data, timesheets, and timely invoicing, while preparing reports and supporting project reviews and follow-up actions. Identify and implement practical improvements using dashboards and AI tools, ensuring results are checked, confidential information is protected, and colleagues adopt documented processes.
Requirements
Requires higher professional education-level thinking, preferably in finance, administration, or business administration, and at least two years of experience in project administration, finance, or project support. Candidates should have strong Excel, reporting, and ERP skills, work accurately and proactively, and be interested in process improvement, automation, and AI; AI experience and knowledge of Exact or dashboarding are preferred but not required.
