Krijg jij energie van een fabriek die soepel draait én elke dag beter wordt? Bij Settels Savenije Precision Parts in Eindhoven geef je leiding aan circa 25 vakmensen. Je combineert technische kennis met ondernemerschap, houdt de operatie op koers en bouwt mee aan de volgende stap in onze hightech productie.
Jouw werk
Jij verbindt planning, mensen en techniek. Je rapporteert aan de directeur van SSPP en krijgt ruimte om processen te verbeteren en je team te laten groeien.
Je organiseert de dagelijkse productie en benut mensen, machines en capaciteit optimaal.
Je stuurt op kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en kosten en lost verstoringen snel op.
Je zorgt dat materialen, gereedschappen en faciliteiten beschikbaar zijn.
Je coacht je team, voert ontwikkel- en beoordelingsgesprekken en begeleidt nieuwe collega’s.
Je maakt continu verbeteren onderdeel van het dagelijks werk, met KPI’s als doorlooptijd, productieopbrengst en materiaalgebruik.
Je onderzoekt investeringen in machines en tooling die verdere groei mogelijk maken.
Wat bieden we jou?
€ 4.300 – € 6.800 bruto per maand bij fulltime, passend bij je ervaring, opleiding en verantwoordelijkheid.
Een werkweek van 40 uur; 32 uur is bespreekbaar.
Dagdienst met een starttijd tussen 06:00 en 08:00 uur.
25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij fulltime.
Reiskostenvergoeding en pensioen via PMT.

Wat breng je mee?
Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een technische opleiding.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in productie, liefst binnen hightech of precisietechniek.
Gedegen kennis van verspaning, productieprocessen en moderne manufacturingtechnologie.
Ervaring met CAD/CAM en ERP; kennis van MKG is een pré.
Je neemt initiatief, brengt overzicht en maakt keuzes op basis van data én praktijkkennis.
Je communiceert helder in Nederlands en Engels, stimuleert samenwerking en kennisdeling en houdt ook onder druk koers.

Core Responsibilities
Lead a team of approximately 25 people and organize daily precision machining production, optimizing staff, machines, capacity, materials, and facilities. Drive quality, delivery reliability, efficiency, and cost performance; coach employees, resolve operational disruptions, lead continuous improvement, and assess investments in machines and tooling.
Requirements
Requires higher professional education-level thinking and working ability, preferably with a technical education, and at least five years of production experience, ideally in high-tech or precision engineering. Candidates should have strong knowledge of machining, production processes, and modern manufacturing technology; experience with CAD/CAM and ERP is expected, MKG is an advantage, and clear communication in Dutch and English is required.
