  • Work with NielsenIQ data and internal business data to identify market opportunities and growth drivers.
  • Analyze category, shopper, and customer data and translate insights into clear recommendations for the business.
  • Support the development of Perfect Store strategies by identifying what an ideal assortment, shelf layout, and in-store execution should look like.
  • Contribute to (or even lead!) improvement projects that make our processes smarter, faster, and more innovative.
  • Spot trends by staying up to date on developments in the market, shopper behavior, and category performance.
  • Visit retailers and Away From Home customers to understand how strategies are executed in practice and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experiment with tools, from advanced Excel features and Power BI dashboards to AI-powered insights and automation.
  • Support the team in developing and maintaining the Picture of Success Playbook for both Retail and Away From Home channels.
  • Help create compelling presentations and recommendations for internal stakeholders and customer-facing projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Category Management, Revenue Management, and (Shopper) Marketing to bring insights to life.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development.
  • An opportunity to be meaningful and impactful within your work and projects.
  • A community of interns - offering additional support, the opportunity to build connections, workshops and much more.
  • Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement.
  • Work-from-home toolkit.

  • You are comfortable working with numbers and enjoy understanding the story behind the data.
  • You take initiative, are proactive, and enjoy driving projects independently from idea to execution.
  • You are a strong communicator and can translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • You are detail-oriented, work in a structured way, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • You enjoy collaborating with different functions and stakeholders.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are always looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
  • You are interested in Category Management, Perfect Store, Shopper Insights, and commercial strategy.
