Role Purpose Client facing role shaping and leading strategic Tech Ops and Manufacturing transformations, enabling resilient, compliant, and future-ready Pharma operations in Capgemini NCE SBU. The role anchors Capgemini’s credibility in regulated manufacturing, quality, and supply chain environments. In this bringing together the capabilities from across Capgemini business lines and leveraging latest technologies, incl. Agentic AI Key Responsibilities Shape and co-own strategic pursuits with Sales and Account teams, acting as the lead domain solution authority Define end-to-end target architectures combining business, technology, and operating model perspectives Lead client-facing visioning, roadmap, and solution-definition workshops with senior stakeholders Articulate clear value propositions and business cases linked to measurable outcomes. Lead functional domain squad from different Capgemini business lines in domain scope in NCE LS Domain sales hub Contribute to Capgemini’s domain-specific point of view, offers, and go-to-market messaging Partner with global domain industry leads and delivery teams to create reusable solution assets and patterns. Domain Scope Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufacturing Quality, Validation, and Compliance Digital Manufacturing, MES, Automation Data and AI in Operations Requirements 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting with focus in domain scope Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals Strong Life Sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders Experience translating business strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI application in domain scope Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and senior executive level Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape solutions where no blueprint exists

Core Responsibilities

Shape and lead strategic client transformations in pharmaceutical technical operations and manufacturing, defining end-to-end architectures, roadmaps, and business cases. Lead solution pursuits and domain teams, while developing reusable assets and go-to-market perspectives across Capgemini business lines.

Requirements

Requires 15+ years of Life Sciences industry or consulting experience, a strong record shaping large, complex transformation deals, and credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders. Candidates need deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI applications, regulated environments, solution architecture, executive engagement, communication, and stakeholder management.
