Skills, knowledge, experience required:  Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years) ;  Must have proficiency in the office Suite, Reporting tools ;  Must have excellent understanding and experience of network communication protocols TCP/IP, OSI layers, Firewalls and Security principles . Desirable Have a detailed understanding of cybersecurity issues within NATO or a national environment, including the Security and Defence Policies rationales; Demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving; Good understanding of networking, network analysis and measurement techniques. Duties/role:  Escalating complex issues to Level 3 support teams and supporting troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution activities ;  Documenting and escalating technical issues and trouble tickets while ensuring proper tracking and communication ;  Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for JSSC applications to end users and Communities of Interest (COIs). Core Responsibilities

Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support teams and assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution. Document and track technical issues and tickets, communicate their status, and provide subject matter expertise on JSSC applications to end users and Communities of Interest.

Requirements

Requires excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, proficiency with office and reporting tools, and strong knowledge of network protocols, OSI layers, firewalls, and security principles. Desirable qualifications include NATO or national cybersecurity knowledge, a systematic approach to problem solving, and understanding of networking, network analysis, and measurement techniques.
