Software Developer (Treazure Enterprise) Join Orisha Commerce and become an essential part of the R&D team dedicated to our Treazure Enterprise solution. As a Software Developer (TE), you will work closely with the Team Lead (TE) and a collaborative engineering team committed to technical excellence and customer success. Within a supportive environment, you will build a comprehensive understanding of our overall platform while having the opportunity to develop deep expertise in key business domains (such as logistics, finance, order management, or system integrations). Your missions 1/ Develop and evolve the Treazure Enterprise solution You design, maintain, and enhance platform features in accordance with established design principles and technical concepts, You build an end-to-end understanding of the solution architecture while developing specialized domain knowledge in your chosen areas. 2/ Ensure codebase consistency and maintainability You follow proven engineering guidelines and established architecture patterns rather than reinventing the wheel, You write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly documented code that is easy to understand and maintain over time, You proactively propose architectural and technical improvements whenever recurring issues or inconsistencies are identified. 3/ Take ownership of (sub)projects from end to end You lead the planning and execution of assigned (sub)projects with full autonomy, from scoping through to final delivery, You communicate effectively with the Team Lead, clients, and external stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and keep milestones on track, You identify risks or bottlenecks early and take initiative to secure on-time, high-quality deliverables. 4/ Champion quality assurance and platform scope awareness You assess the broader impact of customizations and new capabilities beyond your immediate development tasks, You take ownership of specific platform components and ensure their smooth integration into upcoming releases, You regularly gather feedback from QA, peers, and end users to continuously elevate the quality of delivered solutions. 5/ Share knowledge and collaborate securely You provide proactive technical guidance to fellow engineers and share your domain expertise across the team, You document technical decisions and take an active part in onboarding new team members, You perform daily duties in strict compliance with internal security guidelines, Code of Conduct, and standards such as ISO 27001. Who are you? You hold an HBO-level working and thinking ability, preferably in computer science or software engineering, You bring proven, hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework ecosystem, You are familiar with relational databases and have solid foundational knowledge of SQL, You combine autonomous project management skills with a strong collaborative mindset focused on knowledge sharing, You are driven by code quality, maintainability, and the long-term impact of your solutions, You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English (both languages are required for this role). Core Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve the Treazure Enterprise platform, writing clean and documented code while following established architecture and engineering practices. Own assigned projects and platform components from planning through delivery, collaborate with stakeholders and QA, and contribute to technical guidance, documentation, and secure working practices.

Requirements

The role requires hands-on experience with C# and the .NET Framework ecosystem, familiarity with relational databases, and foundational SQL knowledge. Candidates should have HBO-level working and thinking ability, preferably in computer science or software engineering, along with autonomous project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
