The role: help our customers hit the ground running. We’re looking for a Bank Implementation Manager to join our team and lead clients through onboarding and setup. In this role, you’ll partner with banks to ensure Cobase is up and running quickly connecting banks, configuring payments and reporting, and establishing payment products. Positioned at the intersection of finance, technology, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless start for our clients. What you will do: Act as the main point of contact for banks during onboarding of our clients Coordinate bank integrations with both client stakeholders and bank teams Establishing technical connectivity such as SWIFT, SFTP, EBICS and API Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our support and product teams when needed Gather and share feedback to improve our platform and services Partner with some of worlds most dynamic finance teams and banks. What we are looking for: Result-oriented mindset with a “get things done” approach Strong communication skills and a structured way of working Fluent in English and at least one other language Comfortable working with technology, banking, or finance tools Ability to engage confidently with both IT and Finance stakeholders Prior experience in treasury, payments, ERP, or financial implementation is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership Must to have EU citizenship with the right to work in the Netherlands.

Core Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding by coordinating banks, client stakeholders, and bank teams to establish connectivity and configure payment and reporting workflows. Troubleshoot integration issues, collaborate with support and product teams, and share feedback to improve the platform and services.

Requirements

Candidates should be proactive, results-oriented communicators who can work confidently with both IT and finance stakeholders and are fluent in English plus at least one other language. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is requested; experience in treasury, payments, ERP, or financial implementation is an advantage, and EU citizenship with the right to work in the Netherlands is required.
