Area, Karachi Full-Time | Design & Product Development. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀. 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 ➤Create original prints, repeat patterns, colorways and full design collections that match market trends and customer needs ➤Design embroidery and get it production-ready using embroidery machine software ➤Work with textile designing and printing CAD/COM software every day ➤Partner with production, sampling and merchandising teams to bring designs to life accurately ➤Nail color matching, pattern alignment and consistent quality ➤Stay ahead of fashion trends and fabric developments ➤Review samples and refine designs before bulk production 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 ➤3 years of experience with a reputable textile or apparel manufacturer ➤Strong command of textile designing, printing and pattern development ➤Hands-on skills in textile CAD/COM software and embroidery machine software ➤Solid understanding of stitching, fabric structures and garment construction ➤A sharp eye for color, trends and detail ➤Problem-solving ability, and comfort working both independently and in a team 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 ➤Skill in translating concepts into production-ready artwork ➤Knowledge of printing techniques and embroidery development ➤Clear communication and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆? Core Responsibilities

Create original prints, repeat patterns, colorways, embroidery designs, and collections, and prepare designs for production using textile and embroidery software. Coordinate with production, sampling, and merchandising teams, ensure accurate color and pattern execution, monitor trends, and refine samples before bulk production.

Requirements

Requires at least three years of experience with a reputable textile or apparel manufacturer, strong textile design, printing, and pattern-development skills, and hands-on experience with textile CAD/COM and embroidery machine software. Candidates should understand stitching, fabric structures, and garment construction, have a strong eye for color and detail, and be able to solve problems and work independently or collaboratively.
