Learn more about Life at HSO International: Life at HSO International The Opportunity As a D365 Finance Lead Consultant, you work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Azure cloud platform, and our unique, industry-specific solutions to develop the best strategy for a digital transformation and design, implement, and manage innovative cloud solutions for our customers. You will lead the Finance workstream of a complex multinational Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation. What You’ll Do Lead Finance Transformation Lead the Finance workstream across international Dynamics 365 programs. Advise Finance leaders and key stakeholders on processes, operating models, and technology decisions. Lead discovery and design workshops, challenge existing processes, and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency. Own Finance Solution Design Own functional design across Dynamics 365 Finance, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Credit & Collections, and financial reporting. Ensure Finance solutions work across countries, legal entities, and business units. Partner with Solution Architects and other workstreams across integrations, data, testing, and deployment. Lead the Workstream Guide Finance consultants on priorities, dependencies, risks, and key decisions. Act as a senior point of contact for the customer Finance team. Mentor consultants and maintain quality across Finance deliverables. Create Impact Beyond Delivery Support presales engagements, workshops, and demonstrations. Contribute to HSO Finance methodologies, accelerators, and best practices. Identify opportunities to apply Copilot, AI, automation, Power Platform, and analytics to Finance transformation. What We’re Looking For At least 10 years of ERP consulting experience with significant Finance expertise. Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Experience leading a Finance workstream or taking senior functional ownership on complex implementations. Strong Finance process, workshop facilitation, solution design, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with international or enterprise-scale transformations and mentoring consultants. Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, analytics, automation, AI, Copilot, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. Strong English communication skills and a collaborative, commercially minded approach. Core Responsibilities

Lead the Finance workstream for complex international Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformations, advising stakeholders and owning Finance solution design across core financial processes. Guide and mentor consultants, coordinate with other workstreams, support presales and methodology development, and identify opportunities to use AI, automation, Power Platform, and analytics.

Requirements

Requires at least 10 years of ERP consulting experience, substantial Finance expertise, several years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and experience leading or owning Finance delivery on complex implementations. Candidates should bring strong process, solution design, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, international transformation, mentoring, and English communication skills, with familiarity across the Microsoft ecosystem.
