About us LionVolt is a deep-tech startup working on a revolutionary battery using a 3D anode architecture that will boost battery performance and bring an important contribution to achieving global net zero goals. A step change in battery performance is in high demand from our application markets, and our architecture boosts energy density and charging rates without compromising safety and duration/life. Our multinational and highly diverse team consist of 63 people across multiple locations. Our innovation centre is based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, a leading European innovation hub, and we have a cell manufacturing facility in Scotland. In addition, we are expanding our manufacturing capacity with a new production line at the Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) in Eindhoven, giving us everything we need to realise our innovation. Your Role As an operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. You will work with advanced equipment in a high-tech cleanroom/dry room environment, contributing to the development of our cutting-edge 3D Anode technology. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on production machinery. Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures to maintain product integrity. Conduct quality checks and report any deviations to the team lead. Assist in process improvements and provide feedback for optimizing production. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. What We Are Looking For Education: MBO-4, preferably in a technical field, Experience: Previous experience in a production environment; experience in a cleanroom and/or dry room is a strong plus. Experience with SOPs (Standard Operations Procedures) Skills: Hands-on technical skills, precision, and the ability to follow procedures. Mindset: Proactive, problem-solving, and eager to work in an innovative startup environment. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with process engineers and fellow operators. Flexibility: Ability to adopt new ways of working and production Languages: English minimum B2 level, and Dutch is highly preferred—willingness to learn Dutch. Requirements

An MBO-4 qualification, preferably in a technical field, and previous production experience are sought; cleanroom or dry room experience is a strong advantage. Candidates should have hands-on technical skills, experience with standard operating procedures, a proactive and collaborative approach, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Dutch is preferred.
