Shifts are organized to keep things moving smoothly: 06:30 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:30, or 23:30 – 06:30 (if a 3-shift schedule applies). Main responsibilities include: Assembling components with precision and care Installing handles and hardware in frames and structures Performing quality checks on windows and parts Following technical documentation and work instructions Working closely with team members to meet production targets Keeping your workspace organized and safe Reporting any issues or improvements to supervisors You’ll work full-time in a well-equipped facility, with shifts that rotate according to the production schedule.
