Job Description

1. Strong experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune EPM. 2. Expertise in Least Privilege Access Management (LPAM) and privilege elevation controls. 3. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 administration and management. 4. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and device compliance policies. 5. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy (GPO) administration. 6. Understanding of Application Control technologies including AppLocker and Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC). 7. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint threat protection solutions. 8. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. 9. Experience with security incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. 10. Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. 11. Understanding of Zero Trust Security principles and Identity & Access Management (IAM). 12. Experience integrating EPM solutions with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Manage endpoint privilege controls and least-privilege access using EPM solutions, including Microsoft Intune EPM. Administer and troubleshoot Windows endpoints and related identity, application control, threat protection, and enterprise platform integrations.

Requirements

Requires strong EPM and least-privilege management experience, hands-on Windows 10/11 administration, and knowledge of Intune, identity services, Group Policy, and application control technologies. Also requires PowerShell scripting, security investigation and root cause analysis, ITIL knowledge, and familiarity with Zero Trust, IAM, and ServiceNow integrations.
