Job Description

Responsibilities but not limited to: 1. IT Network & Infrastructure Maintenance Ensure continuous, stable network connectivity across all sites by proactively monitoring and maintaining local network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Access Points, and LAN cabling). Perform immediate troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and hands-on repairs whenever network downtime, slowness, or hardware failures occur. Provide daily IT support to all staff, including laptop setup, operating system installation, software deployment, and user access management for new joiners. Maintain network security, manage firewall configurations, shared drives, and user access controls. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory record of all company IT assets, hardware, mobile devices, and network equipment. Liaise with external Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and IT vendors when advanced escalation or specialized line repairs are required. 2. ISO, Environmental & Compliance Management Maintain and manage integrated ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, as well as industry-specific standards WEEELABEX and R2. Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for environmental permits across all facilities. Handle documentation and compliance for Transboundary E-Waste shipments (Notification Applications). Support client and third-party audits related to EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and Security. 3. Facility Management, EHS & Operations Perform daily facility and Health & Safety inspections, reporting critical findings or necessary repairs to the General Manager. Conduct standard visual checks, facility-wide damage inspections, and oversee machinery/temperature safety logs. Ensure optimal equipment operation through preventive maintenance (PM), following manufacturer guidelines, troubleshooting machinery faults, and coordinating external repairs. Hands-on execution of daily general maintenance tasks around the building and workplace. Maintain building controls, emergency systems, and respond immediately to any security or facility alarms. Manage physical access control and keycard issuance for all employees. 4. Specialized Technical Operations & Projects Oversee and manage secure Data Wiping procedures on IT hardware. Support technical operations for Server Testing and Battery Testing projects. Support execution of onsite media destruction (MS shredding) projects. 5. Cross-Border & Regional Support Extend operational, facility, IT, and data wiping support to the international team in Austria when required.
