About the role We’re looking for a freelance Accountant to join our team for around 10 to 15 hours per week and start ASAP (roughly 1.5 to 2 days). You’ll work closely with our team to keep our financial administration and reporting accurate, on time and ready for a fast-growing international scale-up. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have ownership over important parts of our accounting and reporting. You’ll also act as a sparring partner as we continue to improve and scale our financial processes. What you’ll do Run our monthly, quarterly and year-end closings Prepare consolidated reporting across our entities Keep our administration in Exact accurate and up to date Ensure our financial reporting is reliable and delivered on time Be a sparring partner on financial processes as we scale Identify opportunities to improve our financial administration and reporting Help ensure our finance setup continues to support the growth of the business What we’re looking for Medior or senior experience as an Accountant, ideally as a freelancer or external accountant Hands-on experience with consolidated reporting Experience working with Exact Experience working with B2B SaaS companies, with a good understanding of recurring revenue and subscription models Strong attention to detail and a hands-on, pragmatic approach Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Available for 10 to 15 hours per week Able to start on short notice What we offer A rate of €80 to €90 per hour A flexible, long-term freelance engagement The opportunity to work with a fast-growing, international scale-up Direct impact on the financial foundations of a rapidly growing business A hands-on environment where you can help improve how we work as we scale An international team across multiple markets and countries This is an exciting moment to join WP SEO AI. Core Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, prepare consolidated reporting across entities, and maintain accurate financial administration in Exact. Ensure timely and reliable reporting while advising on and improving financial processes as the company scales.

Requirements

Medior or senior accounting experience is required, ideally as a freelancer or external accountant, with hands-on consolidated reporting and Exact experience. Candidates should understand B2B SaaS recurring revenue and subscription models, work independently with strong attention to detail, be available for 10 to 15 hours per week, and be able to start at short notice.
