Your Internship Experience At ASICS Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll join the Legal and Compliance Department and gain valuable hands-on experience in an international business environment. During your internship, you'll conduct contract reviews, ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies, and provide valuable advice on commercial transactions whilst managing disputes and data privacy matters. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience, share your ideas, and develop valuable skills while contributing to a team that inspires movement. Your key responsibilities will be: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure legal compliance and protection of company interests. Support compliance tasks by ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies. Provide expert legal advice on commercial transactions to facilitate business operations. Manage disputes effectively by working towards resolution and minimizing legal risks. Address data privacy matters in accordance with applicable legislation and company standards. You have the following skills: Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship. Availability from February/March for 5-6 months. Law studies. Fluent written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Core Responsibilities

Review contracts and support compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Advise on commercial transactions, help resolve disputes, and address data privacy matters in accordance with applicable legislation and company standards.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full internship and be studying law; availability is required from February or March for five to six months. Candidates should have fluent written and spoken English, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive team-oriented attitude.
