Delivery Coordinator Regulatory Data Programme (Banking) · Amsterdam · 36 hours · 16 November to 31 March 2027 €7,800 to €8,800 gross a month, plus 8% holiday allowance. You're employed by BrightStone Group and work in the Finance & Risk data organisation of a large Dutch bank. A loan tape delivery at the bank depends on people who don't report to each other: business, data and IT, spread over several teams, working to one programme roadmap. They've set up a virtual team for it and need someone senior to make it run. You won't manage anyone. You'll be the person who knows what's stuck, who owns it, and what has to be decided by when. What the work is • Get one delivery plan agreed: requirements, dependencies, milestones, and a name next to each • Keep a live overview of open issues, risks and the decisions people owe you • Set the priorities against the programme's milestones, which means some teams will hear "not yet" • When something is blocked between two teams, go and unblock it. If you can't, escalate it What you bring • Senior experience on complex data, regulatory or transformation programmes, at a bank • Delivery you coordinated across team boundaries without line authority, and you can tell me what nearly went wrong • You're as credible with the business as you are with data people and IT • Loan-level or regulatory data experience is a real plus, and so is a Dutch bank on your CV • HBO or university level • Good English. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate a virtual programme team across business, data, and IT to agree and maintain a delivery plan covering requirements, dependencies, milestones, and ownership. Track issues, risks, and pending decisions; prioritize work against programme milestones, unblock cross-team dependencies, and escalate unresolved blockers.

Requirements

Requires senior experience delivering complex data, regulatory, or transformation programmes at a bank, including coordination across teams without line authority. Applicants should be credible with business, data, and IT stakeholders, have HBO or university-level education, and speak good English; loan-level or regulatory data experience and experience at a Dutch bank are advantages.
