What we're looking for You will ideally have 3–5 years' experience within Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Desktop Support, Workplace Technology or a similar IT support environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business, takes ownership of problems and combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine focus on delivering a great user experience.
