Freelance Business Development Researcher (Project-Based) At Ghosted, we're building a recruitment platform that makes hiring more transparent and helps job seekers connect with genuine opportunities. We're looking for a proactive, research-minded freelancer to help us validate our business model and build relationships with Dutch employers. First project: Dutch Employer Validation Sprint Your task is to identify and engage with Dutch companies actively recruiting junior talent, helping us understand their recruitment needs and explore potential partnerships. Your main responsibilites: - Identify 15 Dutch companies with relevant, active junior vacancies. - Find the appropriate recruitment decision-makers and their contact details. - Develop personalised outreach and initiate contact using our approved messaging. - Follow up with interested employers and arrange introductory conversations. - Gather first-hand insights into their recruitment challenges and hiring practices. What you'll deliver: - A verified database of 15 potential employer partners. - A record of outreach attempts and responses. - Insights from actual employer conversations. - A short report identifying potential opportunities and recommendations for Ghosted. What you get - €150 fixed fee for the completed project. - Fully remote collaboration and flexible working hours. - Clear objectives, deliverables and an agreed deadline. - Potential for further paid projects based on performance and mutual interest. Who we're looking for Students, recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong communication, research and interpersonal skills. Dutch proficiency is preferred but not required. We're particularly interested in people who enjoy speaking with businesses, are comfortable initiating conversations and have an interest in startups, recruitment or entrepreneurship. Previous experience in business development, sales or market research is a plus, but not essential. Interested? Core Responsibilities

Requirements
The role is aimed at students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with strong communication, research, and interpersonal skills. Dutch proficiency is preferred but not required; experience in business development, sales, or market research is a plus, not essential.
