About MaxiNutrition At MaxiNutrition, we want to inspire people to reach their next level – together. Our community trains the way modern fitness works: from Hyrox and CrossFit to social run clubs, cycling classes, reformer Pilates and strength training. It’s about getting a little better every day, supported by the people around you. Now we’re bringing this spirit to the Netherlands and are looking for a creative freelancer who brings our brand to life on social media and builds an engaged local community with us. What you’ll do: Help us grow MaxiNutrition on social media and strengthen the brand in the Dutch market. Translate our global content and social media strategy into relevant local activities and execute them independently. Adapt existing brand assets for the local market. Create social content from idea to execution, and enjoy being in front of the camera yourself. Keep an eye on current social media trends, formats and platform developments, and turn them into content that fits MaxiNutrition. Own the local content calendar and align regularly with your contact person at our headquarters in Germany. Manage our community, engage with our followers and keep communication active and authentic. Analyse content performance, prepare regular reports and derive concrete optimisations for future content. What you bring: Experience in social media management, content creation and community management. Confident with Meta Business Suite and daily work on Instagram & co. A strong feel for social media trends, storytelling and content that reaches and activates people. You love being on camera and are comfortable producing Reels, Stories and other video content. CapCut and Canva are part of your everyday toolkit. You work independently, creatively and in a structured way, and enjoy collaborating with an international team. A personal passion for fitness, sports and nutrition. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. Core Responsibilities

Grow MaxiNutrition’s social media presence and local community in the Netherlands by adapting global strategy and brand assets into relevant content. Manage the local content calendar and community, track performance, report results, and recommend content improvements.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in social media management, content creation, and community management, with confidence using Meta Business Suite, Instagram, CapCut, and Canva. They should be creative, organized, comfortable on camera, passionate about fitness and nutrition, and fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
