Video Editing & Visual Content Internship | West Pharmacy Netherlands, remote or hybrid · 3-6 months · ~15-20 h/week, flexible · Start by agreement · Unpaid student internship via your university (three-party agreement). We also offer a volunteer internship. (without university) About us West Pharmacy is a growing health, beauty and supplements company running an online store: WestPharmacy.eu We are a small, fast-moving, Dutch-founded team where every person’s ideas have real impact. We are looking for a creative intern and independent learner to turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping videos and images. Your mission Learn how to grow a business with marketing: use videos, images and views on social media to make our brands more visible and trusted. What you will do Edit short videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and create images for social media Add captions, music, effects and branded graphics Adapt content to different platforms and formats Follow trends and suggest fresh ideas Track views and engagement to see what works We communicate about health responsibly, so you will also check that on-screen text and claims stay accurate. What you will learn Short-form video editing and image design (Canva or similar) Hooks, storytelling and trends that keep viewers watching Measuring views and engagement and improving from the results How marketing grows a business What we are looking for Student or recent graduate in marketing, communication, creative industries, design, media or a related field Able to arrange the internship through your university, or interested in our volunteer internship Independent learner: you pick up new tools on your own and ask for help when needed Basic skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools A good eye for visuals and detail Creative, proactive, reliable Clear English; More Languages is a plus Portfolio or sample work is a plus What we offer Real editing, design and marketing tasks (unpaid) Your work published on our real brand channels Flexible schedule around your studies A small, friendly team with regular feedback Internship completion confirmation and a possible continuation with us

Core Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos and create social media images, adding captions, music, effects, and branded graphics while adapting content to different platforms. Track views and engagement, suggest trend-informed ideas, and ensure health-related on-screen text and claims are accurate.

Requirements

Applicants should be students or recent graduates in marketing, communication, creative industries, design, media, or a related field, and should be able to arrange a university internship or be interested in the volunteer option. They should be independent, creative, proactive, and reliable, with basic skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools; clear English is required, and a portfolio is a plus.
