Cover and manage the banking inbox, including triaging requests, assigning ownership, prioritising urgent items and maintaining visibility of open actions. Work with Treasury and relevant Finance and business stakeholders to resolve banking-related matters and provide clear progress updates. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve banking processes, procedures and working instructions. Support agreed process improvements and raise recurring issues, process gaps or control risks. Help coordinate workload and reallocate activities within the team where appropriate, including supporting handover and knowledge transfer. Experience and qualifications Experience working in a large, complex corporate or multinational environment. Previous experience working with banks, financial institutions, treasury operations or banking administration. Practical experience with banking operations, bank requests, account administration and/or bank account openings and closures. Experience working with European banking partners, banking practices or regulatory requirements would be well regarded. Experience managing a shared inbox, workflow or operational request queue would be advantageous. Experience identifying and implementing process improvements. Strong written and verbal communication, organisation and prioritisation skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to follow activities through to completion. Ability to work independently within established processes, while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate. Experience with treasury, banking or financial systems would be advantageous. Role profile A dependable banking operations professional who can maintain continuity across Europe activities. Comfortable working directly with banks and coordinating operational matters to resolution. Organised, responsive and able to manage competing priorities and a busy banking inbox. Practical and improvement-focused, with a strong focus on accuracy, controls and timely follow-up. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to support changing team priorities and task allocation. The payrate for independent contractors is 50 - 85 EUR/hr
