Job Description

Join us as an intern and take ownership of details that drive our direct channels forward. Your mission? Optimise our product pages, sharpen the customer journey, and help turn webshop visitors into loyal Dopper fans. Ready to dive in? Drop into the role 💧 As an intern, you'll be a valuable member of our Digital & Product Innovation team: diving into the details that make our webshops perform and our customers keep coming back. From optimising product pages and improving customer journeys to streamlining workflows and keeping our content consistent across every market, your work will have a direct impact on how Dopper grows its direct channels. Your role is not just about tasks; it's about joining a purpose-driven team. At the heart of our work is Dopper's mission - to champion our fight against packaged water. Are you ready to make impact? Of course, you won't be doing this alone. Kim, your internship supervisor, will be right there with you! Mission Objectives You help review, clean up and restructure product data and content across all three webshops, so that every product, category and translation is complete, accurate and ready for the future. You test new pages, features and checkout flows before they go live, flag bugs and inconsistencies, and help make sure the experience runs smoothly on desktop and mobile. You help design and set up page templates and webshop structures (product pages, collections, navigation) that are scalable, consistent and easy to maintain. You track and analyse the user behaviour across our webshops, using web analytics and heatmap tools to spot friction points and identify opportunities for improvement. You collaborate on product launches and webshop updates, making sure new products and campaigns go live smoothly and consistently across all direct channels. You help document workflows and best practices for managing products and content, so the team can work efficiently and independently. You support our Innovation Manager with research into market trends, consumer needs and competitor products, helping to shape ideas for new products. You support the setup and structuring of our digital asset management, from cleaning up and tagging assets to defining folder structures, naming conventions and user guidelines. This is you, right? You are currently enrolled in a European bachelor’s or master’s programme at a university or university of applied sciences (HBO). Whether you study marketing, business, or something else entirely, what matters most is your curiosity about digital marketing. You are looking for a work placement internship. Due to the nature of the role, we are unfortunately unable to offer graduation internships. You are available for a minimum of 5 months, for 32 up to 40 hours per week as from February 1, 2027. Your language skills are amazing, especially in English. Dutch is not mandatory. French or German would be considered a plus. You love everything digital & are detail-oriented. You would describe yourself as flexible and look forward to work in a scale-up environment. Please note: Think you're not the perfect match for every job requirement? Think again! We are dedicated to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Research has shown that women and underrepresented groups often only apply when they feel 100% qualified. So don't hold back - send in your application. You might just be the missing puzzle piece we're looking for. Dopper, serious about clean water, serious about people. What's in it for you? About We know you don’t apply for an internship just for a decent shot of caffeine in the morning – even though our coffee is pretty good. What is so different about doing an internship at Dopper? About Dopper

Industry: Consumer Goods

Company size: 51-200 employees

Dopper exists to solve something, not sell something. We exist to solve the problems caused by packaged water, and the pollution it creates in our world's waters. We are here to end packaged water. We do this by getting people to drink from the tap, stopping companies from selling single-use water bottles, and lobbying governments to ban them. Because in order to change everything, we need everyone. Our solutions range from reusable water bottles and accessible water taps to community actions and governmental lobbying. Raising the bar in sustainable standards while we're at it. Find out more: www.dopper.com.
