  • Build sales enablement materials, e.g.: battlecards, objection handling guides, FAQs
  • Gather feedback from Sales to find gaps and improve what we create

Drive customer case studies

  • Identify strong customer stories together with CS and Sales

  • Hands-on involvement in feature launches
  • The ability to quickly understand technical products, go deep on how things work, and explain how they help the customer
  • An AI-native way of working: you use AI tools daily to research, draft, analyze, and move faster, and you know when to trust the output and when to edit it
  • Excellent written English, with the ability to make complex products clear and compelling
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • A structured, curious, and proactive way of working: you follow through without needing to be chased
  • An analytical mindset: you use data and feedback to improve your work
