Do you like active work and want your afternoons free? As an order picker at the world's largest flower marketplace in Aalsmeer, you start at 06:00 and finish around 12:00. No experience needed: you get full training. You earn €16.60 to €24.90 per hour, including shift allowances. Over de functie As an order picker in Aalsmeer, you collect flower and plant orders for customers all over the world. You work in a team and make sure every order is right and on time. Here is what a working day looks like: You pick and process orders for flowers and plants You move trolleys through the auction warehouse You sort products and take them to the right place You check each order for quality and quantity You keep your work area clean and safe You help your team reach the daily targets You drive an electric tug or an order picking vehicle. No experience? You get full training first. Your shift starts at 06:00 and usually ends at 12:00. On some days it runs until 13:00. Core Responsibilities

Pick and process flower and plant orders, move trolleys through the warehouse, sort products, and deliver them to the correct locations. Check orders for quality and quantity, maintain a clean and safe work area, operate an electric tug or order-picking vehicle, and help the team meet daily targets.

Requirements

Applicants must be available at least three days per week, including every Monday and Friday, and be able to start at 06:00 in Aalsmeer. They should be physically fit, accurate, responsible, and able to speak Dutch or English; no prior experience is required because full training is provided.
